executive coaching
executive coaching includes: individualized coaching to support BIPOC, queer, and trans folx in leadership around a wide range of experiences. see more here.
FREE initial consultation: this is our first conversation to get to know each other more, learn about your goals, and other topics that will help to shape our working relationship.
$75+/hour: ongoing sessions where you will have a safe, confidential space and individualized support to: check-in, reflect, dream, identify and make a plan for your goals, explore your truths, define your values, draw on your strengths, work through internal conflicts or challenges, and lean into your power and fullest self.
consultation
tailored consultation for individuals and groups with a focus on: strategic planning and action, advancing justice and equity, building youth power and voice, creative resistance and community-building. see more here.
$100 initial consultation flat fee: this covers the cost of our initial conversation where we will discuss your goals/needs pertaining to our work together.
$300+/hour: rate is determined based on the depth/extent of the tasks required to support your requested services. an hourly rate is generally recommended only for shorter-term support. ongoing or long-term support can be negotiated in a contract which sets a single cost for the scope of work and duration. discounted rates or waived fees are happily discussed and negotiated, especially for BIPOC, community-based, grassroots groups and/or individuals.
facilitation
$350+/hour: workshop, training, retreat, strategic planning, or other requested sessions can occur one-time or in a series of sessions. sessions are always tailored to the needs/goals of the party requesting. sessions can involve the following, but are not limited to: facilitated discussion, collective learning and planning, relationship and team-building, interactive activities, reflection exercises, and creative expression. convenience fee is subject to increase if the number of participants exceeds by 50 people. discounted rates or waived fees are happily discussed and negotiated, especially for BIPOC, community-based, grassroots groups and/or individuals.
Speaking Engagements
$250+: speaking engagements are one-time and can be tailored to the theme of the program. speaking engagements can involve the following, but are not limited to: multimedia and oral presentation. the one-time fee is subject to increase if the number of expected attendees exceeds 50 people and/or if expected duration of the speaking engagement exceeds 15 minutes. discounted rates or waived fees are happily discussed and negotiated, especially for BIPOC, community-based, grassroots groups and/or individuals.
